Q: How much do your products and services cost? [top]
A: Please visit our products page to view prices for standard prints, paper products, personalized gifts, designer’s lab items.
Q: How do I order prints? [top]
A: Go to the products page. Click Classic Prints. Click Standard Prints. Click Order Button. You will redirected to a page where you can upload photos (JAVA). Upload your images. Click Order now! You will be asked to fill out a form with your contact details and shipping address. Continue to Checkout. It’s that simple!
Q: How do I order paper products and personalized gifts? [top]
A: Explore the products section until you find the item you would like to print. Click the order button and you will be redirected to the image upload page(Java). When you have uploaded your images, click “Order Now!”
Q: What digital image formats do you support? [top]
A: Presently, we only support JPG. So please make sure you send the correct file format. For best results, send images at a resolution of at least 200 dots-per-inch (DPI). That means for a typical 4R (4 in. x 6 in.), the image pixel dimension should be at least 800 pixels x 1200 pixels. Files higher than 100kb should be fine. Photos taken by low-end camera phones may not be sufficient.
Q: How do I pay for my orders? [top]
A: We only accept online payments. We support all the major credit cards, PayPal, Bancnet/Megalink ATM cards, G-Cash, Smart Money, and regional direct bank debit from China, Malaysia, Taiwan and Thailand through the PayEasy Online Payment System. We do not accept checks or Cash On Delivery (COD) as of the moment. PayEasy supports offline over-the-counter payments at EastWest Bank (MOZCOM INC., 0302-00564-8, Savings), Banco de Oro (MOZCOM INC., 134-005510-2, Savings), Chinabank and Western Union.
Q: I have a discount voucher. How do I use it? [top]
NEW: Go through the normal process of making an order by browsing for the product you like and clicking the Order button. You will be presented with a screen that summarizes your order details. Below that list box is a field labeled “Voucher Code”. Enter the code that you have and the system will automatically compute for the discount.
Q: Is it safe to pay online? [top]
A: Yes. PayEasy uses the secure http protocol to ensure confidentiality of any data you pass. It has been awarded the Best E-Business Product for E-Services Philippines 2006 by the Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM) of the Philippine Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). Q: How long does it take to transfer all my images for processing? [top]
A: This depends on the quantity and quality of your images. Images taken at a higher resolution would normally produce larger files. Larger files would take longer to send. The speed of your broadband Internet connection will also be a factor. Users from outside the Philippines with broadband DSL or cable connections will also have varying experience depending on the speed and congestion of their
Q: I would like to upload my pictures to an online photo album. Do you provide that service? [top]
A: No, we do not offer such service. However, we recommend you try out Yahoo's Flickr service and Google's Picasa web album. These are completely free services that will allow you to let others view your pictures online through a web browser. Picatoo is capable of interfacing with Flickr, Picasa and Facebook for ordering prints.

Q: I love your product and would like to give it as a gift to my friends or family. How do I go about doing that? [top]
A: You can buy them a PayEasy Gift Certificate! Then can then use the PayEasy credits to pay for their orders.
Q: Do you provide reprint services for the? If yes, how do I pay for it? [top]
A: We will keep your projects for a maximum of three (3) days, after which, all images will be deleted. Within that period, you can make as many reprint orders as you want. Just check the project that you want to re-order, and click the Order button.
Q: Do you use acid-free materials? [top]
A: This question is often asked from us as an apparent reference to physical scrapbooking materials which supposedly may cause photos to deterioriate sooner. Acid present in most scrapbook materials is considered to be one of the worst photo-damaging substances. Because of this, consumers have constantly favored 'acid-free' labeled products. Picatoo does not use traditional scrapbook materials. We only do digital scrapbooking and our output is printed directly on quality Fuji Crystal Archive photo paper. Thus, the whole issue of using traditional acidic scrapbook materials is completely irrelevant and not applicable to our products.
Q: I can't wait to see my pictures. How long does the process take? [top]
A: Standard prints, you should expect to receive your pictures in 2 to 3 business days. Picturebooks and Picture Calendars will take around 3-4 weeks. Personalized gifts and Designer’s lab items vary from 3 days to 3 weeks.
Q: Do you charge for shipping and handling? [top]
We currently do not ship to a non-Philippines address. However, we do accept international orders for local (Philippine) delivery.
